Important Note
**Reservation deposit of $250 for 4BD house or $300 for 6BD house is required when making reservation; This $250 or $300 deposit will become as security deposit once guests check into our vacation home; and will be refunded to guests within two weeks after departure if no home item is damaged. The reservation deposit is not refundable for cancellation!
**Pool heating is available at $150/week or $25/day, and is recommended from October to April. Please request when making reservation.
**Minimum of 3 nights is required for reservation. For stays less than a week, an additional cleaning fee of $100 for 4BD house or $150 for 6BD house will be charged per visit.
**Discount rates are available for bookings of more than two weeks. Daily rates are available, please contact us for more information.
