Reservation Procedures

    Our reservation carries "First Come, First Serve" policy. Please contact us should you have any question regarding our Orlando villa or booking inquiry. To make reservation
    1. Please read the Terms & Conditions.


    2. Print out Reservation Form or use e-Reservation Form, fill out and sign it. Please keep one copy for your records and return the other copy with your reservation deposit $250 and, if possible, the full payment in cashier's check, money order or personal check (US bank only). When completed, please mail your form to:

      You may pay the US $250 with CREDIT CARDS by Click "Paypal" Button Below to Book Now (Deposit Only +$10 surcharge by Paypal). It is secure and safe. Your credit card information will be hiden and protected through the whole process.

    3. Once your signed "Reservation Form" and deposit are received, a confirmation will be sent to you via email by return. Please print a copy as your record.

    4. If you would like to pay full rent by credit cards after the reservation, please click the button below and pay via Paypal (Please include 3.5% Paypal surcharge). I'll send the confirmation as soon as I receive it.
