Reservation Procedures
Please contact us should you have any question regarding our Orlando villa or booking inquiry.
To make reservation
- Please read the Terms & Conditions.
- Print out Reservation Form (Word) or(PDF) , fill out and sign it. Please keep one copy for your records and return the other copy with your reservation deposit $250 for 4BD/2BA house or $300 for 6BD/3.5BA house and, if possible, the full payment in cashier's check, money order or personal check (US bank only). When completed, please return the form by email to michael19438@verizon.net or mail your form to:

You may pay the reservation deposoit using your Paypal account or credit cards through Paypal by clicking "Pay Now" button below for booking. Please select and specify US$300 for 6BD vacation home; OR select $250 for 4BD vacation home. It is secure and safe. Your credit card information will be hiden and protected throughout the whole process by Paypal.
Once your signed "Reservation Form " (PDF) and deposit are received, a confirmation will be sent to you via email by return. Please print a copy as your record.
You can pay full rent using your Paypal account. If you would like to pay full rent by credit cards after the reservation, please click the button below and pay through Paypal (Paypal charges 3% processing fee for US credit cards (4% for non-US credit cards). Please add 3% (or 4% for non-US transition) on top of your full payment via Paypal. For your convenience, I can deduct this transition fee from your security deposit, whichever you prefer. To avoid this transition fee, please mail a money order or US check to the address at step 2!). Please make a note in the payment for reservation of 4 bedroom house or 6 bedroom house. I'll send the confirmation as soon as I receive it.
