Please select: We will       will not     require pool/Spa heating at US $130/week or $20/day to heat pool/Spa to 85F. We will       will not       require gas BBQ at US $20/week. (Note: BBQ grill must be cleaned after use. Failure to do so will result in the loss of $40 from the security deposit).

 

I enclose a cashier check/money order/personal check of US $250 and understand that this is the reservation deposit and that the full rent of US $       is payable on or before       (date: mm/dd/yy). (Please fill in the full rent and the date 8 weeks prior to date of arrival to the villa.) For bookings made 8 weeks or less before departure date the full amount is due at time of booking. The reservation deposit will become security deposit after the arrival date and is refundable if the villa is left in good conditions.  

 

Security Deposit: I understand and agree that I am responsible for all loss or damage to the property or its' inventory during the Rental Period and that the Rental Company or the Owner can deduct sums from the security deposit to cover eventualities. Examples: Non-return of keys, Early arrival or late departure charges, Damage to the Property or its' equipment, Loss or breakage of inventory items. Where loss or damage to the Property, the Inventory, or equipment exceeds the amount of the security deposit, the Rental Company or the Owner will bill the Guest for the shortfall, and the Guest agrees to pay. In the event that the Guest fails to pay any such shortfall, the Rental Company or the owner reserves the right to exercise any legal remedies to pursue the amount owed from the Guest.

 

Liability: The owners or their agents do not accept any liability whatsoever for death, personal injury, accidents, loss or damage to persons or personal effects, however caused. Swimming pool is not to be used by children without adult supervision.
