It is 13 minutes from Disney and ~25 minutes from Orlando International Airport. The location allows you quick and easy access to all famous attractions - Sea World (~15) Universal Studios (~20), Wet N'Wild, and etc.- without experiencing hassel of local traffics. There are a variety of excellent golf courses including Champions Gate within a few minutes drive from the villa. There are plenty of restaurants within a few minutes drive and an excellent Wal Mart super center as well as a Publix supermarket nearby. Having a day trip to either west or east coast is easy. With the convenient access to I-4, you can step on the beautiful Daytona beach in just about an hour.
