Terms and Conditions

BOOKING

A Client may make reservations by email, mail and telephone with Villa2Disney. Acceptance of reservations "iorlandovacation" depends upon avilability of the premises. Reservation is official only when confirmed by "iorlandovacation".

DEPOSIT

A deposit of $250 is required at the time of booking and due within 5 days of your initial reservation to secure the booking. Your booking will be confirmed in writing on reciept of the deposit, the completed Booking Form and signed Terms and Conditions. Once the booking is confirmed, the deposit shall be non refundable but will become security deposit when full payment is received. It is important to check that the confirmation shows the correct dates and costs. The client shall notify "iorlandovacation" if they are not consistent to your original request.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

A refundable security deposit is to cover any loss or damage while staying in the house. This will be returned within 30 days after your departure from the house, providing that no loss or damage is reported. Should loss/damage occur, a deduction will be made to the amount of replacement/repair and the balance returned to you. Minor breakages will not be deductible.

FULL PAYMENT

The full payment is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival. Bookings made within 8 weeks are payable in full plus $250 security deposit at the time of booking. If due payment is not received at the prescribed time, the owners reserve the right to cancel the booking. In this event, or if the booking is canceled after the booking is confirmed, the deposit will be forfeited. Rentals are inclusive of electricity, water but NOT pool heating which is available at additional charge. A total of 12% tourist tax and surcharge is NOT included and will be applied to the full payment.

CANCELLATION POLICY

The client can cancel reservation at any time but must be made in writing in either email or mail. Reservation deposit is non-refundable and can only be refunded as security deposit. Every effort will be made to re-book your dates, but if we are unable to do so, the following cancellation charges will apply: More than 8 weeks: Deposit only
Between 6 and 8 weeks: 50% of full payment
Between 4 and 6 weeks: 75% of full payment
4 weeks or less 100% of full payment
*There will be no refund once the rental period has commenced.

ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE

Arrival: The agreed and booked day not before 4:00 pm. Departure: The agreed and booked day at or before 10 am. Any modifications of time of arrival or departure must be communicated and approved by "iorlandovacation" at least three days in advance. Late check out may sometimes be available at the owners discretion, but an extra charge may be applied.

LIABILITY

The clients must take full responsibilities to their safety while staying in the house. Children must be under adult's supervision at all time especially when they playing in the pool/Spa or on the pool deck. The owners or their agents do not accept any liability whatsoever for death, personal injury, accidents, loss or damage to persons or personal effects, however caused.

INVENTORY

No items may be removed from the house. This includes linens and towels. Please report any breakage or damage to the management company.

CONDITION - CLEANLINESS

For the comfort of all our guests, please note that smoking and pets are absolutely prohibited inside the house. Smoking shall be allowed on the pool deck area but all smoking-related trash must be removed afterward.

INDOOR/OUTDOOR MAINTENANCE

In case of need for repairs or general maintenance, the owner has the right upon giving advance notice to the client, to enter the premises rented, both indoor and outdoor, accompanied by professional, trustworthy workmen.

RESPONSIBILITY

The owner has not visited and checked every accommodation cited and the descriptions contained herein are presented in good faith. In case of problems with the villa, the client must undertake to communicate them to "iorlandovacation" or its management company within 24 hours of arrival at the place rented. The client must give "iorlandovacation" reasonable time to resolve any such problem. Clients who leave the villa prior to the agreed-upon date will have no right to reimbursement.
